The “Friends of the Manor House” are a group of volunteers whose aim is to support the Manor House.

An Academy student helping out

If you could spare even just a few hours each month to help residents with simple activities you would be very welcome. If you feel you might be able to help in any way, please feel free to contact the Manager at the Home.
We have also received local financial support over the years - here are some examples:

We were delighted to receive a cheque from the Radcliffe Methodist ladies Group for more than £2,000! The money was used to refresh the decoration in the two main lounges and to purchase a new TV and Sound System for the residents.

The Radcliffe Lions hosted a quiz night and The Manor was one of the charities who benefited. We were given an impressive cheque for £500 from this.

ROTSPA (Radcliffe on Trent Swimming Pool Association) included us in their list of local organisations/charities in distributing their money to help local causes. This, along with our regular donation received from Joint Homes and the local charitable organisation The Skerritt Trust, has helped fund the new and much needed central heating boilers.

We were also chosen by the Nottingham department store John Lewis as charity of the month and we were given a very generous cheque from them for £1038.00

The local Co-op in Radcliffe has also provided a donation which was used to help improve level access to our gardens.

Many thanks to you all!
