- Our Housekeeping & Kitchen staff start at £12.60 per hour
- Our Carers start at £12.75 increasing to £13.05 per hour upon gaining NVQ Level 3
- Night & Twilight shifts are paid an extra 80p per hour
- After 5 years service everyone earns an extra 15p per hour
Full training to Care Standard NVQ Level 2 for care staff is provided during the first months of employment
We provide:
Free uniform (and PPE if needed)
Free meals for some shifts
and all our staff are encouraged to join the National Workplace Pension Scheme, to which the Manor House makes a contribution
We are a flexible employer; shift patterns can be arranged to fit individual circumstances
We also employ 'Bank Staff' whom we call on as necessary in the above roles
