Our Staff

Our Manager is Michelle Bagshaw.

Michelle is pictured with the certificate which was presented to her after successfully passing her CQC assessment interview. This is the final stage in becoming a full “Registered” Manager.

This is a very significant achievement and the Trustees at The Manor House are especially delighted that Michelle has progressed to this level following an intense training programme she undertook whilst working here.

Michelle has spent most of her career in care and 14 years of that working here at The Manor House.  She is a committed and determined Manager and we are very proud to have her in charge.

Our Manager leads a team of dedicated Care staff, most of whom have minimum NVQ level 2 qualifications. Training is at the heart of what we do; we have a program of continuing professional development (CPD) for all staff.

The Care staff are supported by a very committed Housekeeping team who maintain the Home’s cleanliness and hygiene to a very high standard and by a hard-working Kitchen team.

The Management Committee are all regular visitors to the home and hold monthly meetings. The Chair of the Committee liaises regularly with the Manager to discuss the running of the home.
